Your Voice Matters

Talking about how you feel can sometimes be awkward or difficult. We may not even have the words to describe how we are feeling.

It’s OK to not know how to start the conversation. It’s OK to not know who you can talk to when things get overwhelming. But please know, you are not alone. Your voice matters. You matter.

In difficult times, it’s even more important to have a support network to lift you up. Know that you can text the Crisis Text Line any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Text DE to the number 741-741. Help and support are waiting.

There when you need it.
