DSCYF Library Services provides professional library programs and resources across our facilities to support education, literacy, and personal growth.

What We Offer

  • Access to Books
    Fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, biographies, high-interest titles, and books that reflect diverse voices and experiences.
  • Audiobooks & Literacy Support
    Playaways, reading kits, and materials to support youth at all reading levels.
  • Classroom Support
    Collaboration with educators to provide curriculum-aligned materials and research support.
  • Social-Emotional Learning Resources
    Books and materials that help youth explore identity, resilience, coping skills, and personal growth.
  • Public Library Connections
    Assistance with obtaining Delaware library cards to ensure continued access to resources after returning to the community.
  • Services for DSCYF employees

Resources and professional support for department employees, as well as public library cards and access to the Delaware Library Catalog.
