How to submit a FOIA request

Individuals submitting requests to DSCYF under Delaware’s Freedom of Information Act (29 Del.C. §§ 10001 et seq.) may use the DSCYF Online FOIA Request Form.

Alternatively, FOIA requests in PDF form may be filed by email to the FOIA coordinator at  DSCYF_FOIA@delaware.gov or by U.S. Mail as follows:
