Visitation Policy

General visitation hours for Grace and Snowden Cottages are Monday through Friday, 6pm-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-11am and 4pm-8pm.  Visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the residents identified Treatment Specialist or a Treatment Specialist Supervisor.  General visits are limited to no more than two adults (parents, guardians, grandparents) and are not to exceed 1 hour.  Visitation outside of the general visitation hours can be accommodated but must be approved by a program supervisor.  Siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends are not permitted for general visitation purposes.   Other family or non relatives are only permitted to visit under special circumstances and if clinically indicated.  These types of visits would be approved and supervised directly by the assigned Family Crisis Therapist.  Biological children of a resident may visit but must be accompanied by the resident’s parent/guardian. 

  • All visitors must have picture id.
  • All personal belongings must be secured in your vehicle prior to entering the building.
  • No food or drinks will be permitted in the building.
